The Lose It App...Can It Help Me?

In this technology culture that we live in, we have access to apps that track our thoughts, lists, sleep, steps, water, and even our food. A food tracking app called Lose It has been a life-changer for me. 


Back in June of last year, I had no idea when I downloaded the Lose It app that I would be where I am today.  Counting calories weirded me out!  I thought it was way too tedious to be of value to me.  However, I sit here today 26 pounds lighter and at a weight I haven’t weighed since high school!  To me, that’s worth it.  What do you think?


To familiarize you with the app, I’m giving you two well-done videos that explain the app in detail.  The purpose of the rest of this blog is to share with you the features that kept me true to the app.

I love the ability to share my meals and recipes! Since Jesse signed up for Lose It, it makes it so easy for him to log his food when I share my meals with him. As for the recipes, I can share them with my friends who also use the app. This makes life so much easier!













Learning from Blogs and Courses



 


I bought this course. I've never been able to maintain a weight loss before. This course offers a reasonable solution for that. I'm 6 weeks into the suggested practice, and it is well worth the $10 I paid for it!
