To make nice cream, you just need to buy lots of bananas and freeze them as they begin to get too ripe. Then you will always have the base for yummy ice cream without the detrimental effects of dairy!

Ingredients
3 frozen bananas
3 T cacao or cocoa powder
3 T PB Fit peanut butter powder
Enough plant milk to get blender going
vegan chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Cut frozen bananas into chunks and place in high speed blender or food processor.
Add cacao or cocoa powder and PB Fit peanut butter powder.
Add 1/4 cup milk and more if needed.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into serving bowls. It's ready to eat, or you could place into the freezer if you'd like it more firm.
Top with vegan chocolate chips if desired.
